Where do we begin?

With where you are.

The circumstances, questions, challenges, and possibilities you're encountering right now. Where we stand shapes what we can see.

With where the world is.

What's possible keeps moving beyond what we know. What's unseen often shapes what happens next.

Portrait of Erin Rech

How do I arrive beside you?

My lens is shaped by more than two decades inside media, marketing, and technology at private companies and Fortune 500 brands, alongside my study of Internal Family Systems therapy as a Level 2 trained practitioner, trauma-informed leadership, and global Earth wisdoms.

Together, these experiences allow us to listen across the systems, components, and influences shaping what is happening, rather than isolating the challenge from what surrounds it.

I bring my perspective. You bring yours. And we go into the challenge together.

Invitation

Bring something real.

We go into it together — looking beyond the presenting challenge to the systems, components, and influences surrounding it.

  • A difficult conversation that keeps getting avoided.
  • A team hitting stuck points that impede growth.
  • A manager whose usual approach isn't working anymore.
  • A decision where every available option feels incomplete.
  • A team dynamic affected by one person's behavior.

The work can take different forms: a focused working session, individual coaching, a team workshop or offsite, a multi-session engagement, or an ongoing partnership.

The form follows what the challenge asks of us.

What we practice together becomes available for what comes next.

Start with a conversation.

Tell me a little about where you are. I read every inquiry myself and reply within three working days.

Relational Leadership Consultant

New Tools for Today's Leaders

A business challenge isn't happening somewhere outside of us. We're already part of the relationships, conditions, and systems shaping it.

I work with leaders to see more of what is shaping a challenge: within themselves, between people, and across the systems they are part of. Rather than bypassing what feels difficult, we learn to receive it as information and work with what is actually here.

My approach draws from more than two decades inside business and technology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed leadership, and what I've learned from living systems and my Earth wisdom teachers.

The practice begins with what is happening now.

  1. Meet what is

The conditions, constraints, tensions, and realities of this moment.

  2. See what has gone unseen

The patterns, dynamics, connections, and interplay shaping what's happening.

  3. Change the relationship

To the challenge. To the people involved. To what you don't yet know.

  4. Discover what becomes possible

Let the next response come from what we find.

This can mean working through a difficult relationship, preparing for a consequential conversation, understanding a team dynamic, facing a decision where every option feels incomplete, or finding a way forward when the approach that has always worked no longer does.

Leadership doesn't require having the answer before you enter the challenge.

Bring something real. We go into it together, looking beyond the presenting challenge to the systems, components, and influences surrounding it.

When the relationship changes, what becomes possible changes.

Healing Practitioner

Many Ways to Heal

Healing can change how you relate to yourself, your experiences, the people in your life, and the world around you.

As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 Practitioner trained in both IFS and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), I support individuals, relationships, and groups in exploring what is asking for attention and healing.

My practice is trauma-informed across many modalities, shaped by global wisdom transmissions from my teachers, and strengthened through my ongoing relationship with our Earth Mother. I bring these ways of knowing together to support healing that makes room for the many parts of who you are and what has shaped you.

Our work can take different forms depending on what you're experiencing and the support you're seeking.

  1. Individual Healing

One-on-one sessions offer space to explore what you're carrying, the patterns that may be shaping your life, and the parts of you asking to be seen, heard, or supported. Using IFS and other practices that inform my work, we can meet what emerges with curiosity and compassion.

  2. Healing in Relationship

Our closest relationships can be places where our deepest patterns emerge. Using IFIO, the relationship-focused application of IFS, I support people in exploring what is happening within themselves and between one another, creating room for greater understanding, connection, and new ways of relating.

  3. Group Healing

Healing alongside others can reveal experiences, patterns, and connections that may not become visible when we work alone. I guide groups using IFS, trauma-informed healing, and wisdom practices that create space for individual experience within a shared process. These sessions can be online or in-person, where the land around us holds the container for more profound inner work.

  4. Retreat & Journey Integration

Retreats and plant medicine/psychedelic journeys can open us in profound ways that continue unfolding after the experience itself has ended. I remember my first plant medicine journey and how it rewired my entire worldview. I sat in work meetings and pretended I hadn't experienced a life-altering transformation. Integration offers a place to explore what emerged, what it means in your life, and how you want to carry it into your relationships and everyday life. This is often where the wisdoms we receive get lost, for the modern world quickly distracts us from our guided truths. I serve clients who don't want to lose the thread of what they received/learned and ensure they feel a deep connection to the teaching as an ally, companion, and gift.

You don't need to know exactly where the healing will lead before you begin.

Bring what is present for you, what you're carrying, and what is asking for your attention. We can begin there.

Together, we make room for a deeper relationship with yourself, with others, and with the life you're living.

Comms Strategy for Trauma Survivors

Communicating Your Healing

Healing can change how you understand yourself, your history, and what you need from the people around you. Explaining those changes can be difficult.

I help you translate what you're learning through healing into language that invites understanding, so you can share what's changing for you and communicate the support you need from family, friends, and colleagues.

Together, we'll create practical tools for the conversations that matter in your life.

  1. Your story, in context

A customized presentation that connects your lived experience with evidence-based information about trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and their impacts. It gives the people in your life a larger picture of what you're experiencing and why.

  2. Language that invites understanding

Ways of talking about trauma, its impacts, your healing, and what you need, while making room for the experience and needs of the person you're talking with.

  3. Scripts for the moments that matter

Customized language for the micro-moments of relationship: asking for support, explaining a boundary, responding to a difficult question, talking about what's changed, or preparing for a conversation you don't know how to begin.

  4. Research you can stand on

A curated collection of evidence-based and scientific resources relevant to your experience, so you don't have to explain everything through personal testimony alone.

You shouldn't have to become a trauma expert, communications strategist, and researcher just to explain to the people in your life what is happening to you.

Bring what you're trying to communicate, the people you want to understand it, and where the conversation feels difficult. We'll build the language, research, and tools around your actual life.

Help the people in your life connect with what you're experiencing and how they can support you through it.
